Hodges Coaching brought me in to refine and elevate an already established ecosystem of automated audience journeys.
The systems were built. The content was strong.
But the funnels didn’t fully reflect the depth, clarity, or psychological precision of the brand.

My role was to translate all that brilliance into a structure that made sense to the human brain — not just the marketing software.

Hodges Coaching had high-performing content and a dedicated audience, but there was a disconnect between:

  • What the audience was actually being guided through.

The automations were complex, layered, and slightly overwhelming — for both the team and the prospects navigating them.

Create a more coherent, human-aligned journey that amplified the brand instead of diluting it.

Over three years of partnership, I helped Hodges Coaching:

  • Audit and re-map the full behavioral funnel to align with natural human decision-making

  • Simplify and restructure automations so they became intuitive, not mechanical

  • Refine brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints for consistency and resonance

  • Build synergy across high-engagement content so each asset fed the next stage of the journey

  • Recenter the marketing plan around neuroscience-driven patterns that support trust, clarity, and motivated action.

The result was an ecosystem that finally matched the intelligence, creativity, and emotional depth of the brand itself and a funnel full of leads.
