Where the sacred meets the nervous system.
Ceremony isn’t about escaping your life — it’s about remembering how to be fully in it.
It’s the art of slowing down long enough to listen to what’s been whispering underneath the noise.
These ceremonies aren’t performative or prescriptive.
They’re experiential — rooted in nervous system awareness, guided by intuition, and held in deep reverence for the mystery that animates all of us.
Whether you come seeking clarity, closure, or connection, you’ll find something quieter: yourself, unguarded.
What Happens in Ceremony
Each ceremony is a living collaboration between your body, your psyche, and the unseen. No two are the same — because no two people are the same.
We move between breath, sensation, sound, and stillness. We let the body lead the way. Sometimes it’s soft and tearful. Sometimes it’s laughter. Sometimes it’s silence that says everything.
I draw from the Sámi folk wisdom, somatic healing, and Earth-based ritual — not as performance, but as practice.
We honor the land, the elements, and your ancestors — the living archive inside you that’s been waiting to be witnessed.
Private Drum Ceremony
A one-on-one, four-hour ceremonial journey rooted in Sámi drumming, somatic healing, and ritual attunement.
This experience is for those moving through transformation — grief, rebirth, creative expansion, or deep integration.
The drum becomes the heartbeat of the session, supporting the body’s natural rhythms of release and restoration.
We move between sound, silence, and guided somatic awareness, creating a space for your system to remember its own harmony.
Includes:
Guided preparation call
1-4 hours in-person ceremony, depending on goals
Post-integration session (60 minutes)
Optional week of Signal support
(By resonance call only — pricing is individualized.)
Group Drum Circle
An embodied, co-created experience of rhythm, voice, and release. Each circle is designed around intention — grief, celebration, transition, remembering, or just finding ease.
We’ll gather in community, connect to the pulse of the drum, and let rhythm speak what language can’t.
The goal isn’t a musical experience; it’s coherence — nervous systems syncing, hearts finding their beat again - allowing the surrender of the beat to take you to where you need to go.
Expect grounding, laughter, deep presence, and the kind of connection that doesn’t require small talk.
(Available for private groups, retreats, and organizations. By request.)
Advanced Ritual Support
This is sacred work for people who are fully embracing a deep mystical pathway and want a grounded container to deepen it. It’s for practitioners, seekers, and sensitives who crave mentorship that honors both the mystical and the physiological — who want to explore the unseen without losing their footing in the seen.
Here, we work at the intersection of somatics, ritual, and embodied mysticism.
We weave ancestral wisdom, nervous system science, and direct intuitive guidance into a process that keeps you rooted while you expand.
Each mentorship or ritual container is custom-designed — shaped around your specific path, sensitivity, and phase of transformation. This may include guided spiritual readings, ritual design, ceremonial mentorship, or long-term soul attunement work.
I hold this space not as a guru, but as a mirror — someone who’s walked with both the science and the sacred, and knows that true evolution feels more like integration than transcendence.
The Wisdom of the Drum
In the Sámi tradition, the drum is not just an instrument — it’s a living bridge. It is the medicine.
It connects the seen and unseen worlds, helping the soul communicate what words cannot.
The rhythm of the drum mirrors the rhythm of the heartbeat — the first sound we ever hear, the original tempo of safety.
It holds the psyche, opens the subconscious, and lets everything process and synchronize.
Its steady pulse invites the nervous system to regulate, while its resonance opens the door to deeper states of awareness.
The drum carries stories older than language.
It helps the psyche reorganize — moving energy where it has been trapped and giving form to the intangible.
To drum is to remember. To become entranced by something bigger than ourselves.
To drum is to speak the body’s forgotten language of belonging — to find meaning in the deepest places of our being.
In ceremony, the drum becomes the therapist, the translator, and the guide — calling us back into rhythm with ourselves, with the Earth, and with whatever we call sacred.
What Ceremony Is Not
It’s not a performance, and it’s not for show.
It’s not a promise of transcendence or a shortcut to healing.
We don’t rush catharsis or force emotion.
We work slowly, intentionally — keeping your nervous system at the center.
Every release is earned through safety, not pressure.
This isn’t about becoming “high-vibration,” or manifesting, or any other spiritual promise not grounded in reality.
It’s about learning how to be fully human — regulated, awake, and capable of holding the sacred without floating away from it.
What Makes My Ceremonies Different
I bridge somatic psychology and ancestral ritual — helping people access altered states of safety, not overwhelm.
My approach honors both the science of the nervous system and the wild mystery of human spirit.
There are no scripts, no costumes, no guru energy.
Just presence, humor, reverence, and the quiet intelligence of your own body doing what it’s always known how to do: return to balance.
