Why I Offer Accessible Somatic Healing

I believe healing should not be a luxury. It should not be reserved for the privileged few or those with financial stability. Somatic healing—the kind of grounded, body-based work I offer—is not a quick fix. It’s a remembering. A slow return to self. And I believe everyone deserves access to that.

A Nervous-System-Informed Approach to Pricing

Sliding scale is one way I live out my values: care, mutual respect, and community support. This is not charity—it’s reciprocity.

This is not charity—it’s reciprocity.

You know your resources. You know what feels right in your body. I trust you to choose the tier that meets both your needs and mine.

Healing should be accessible. Period.

I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to return to their body, to reconnect with their breath, and to feel supported in their healing process—regardless of financial circumstance. Pricing should never be a barrier to care. We are all carrying different histories, resources, and responsibilities, and I want this space to meet you where you are.
