Every conversation starts the same, getting all the cards out on the table- all the feels and embodied felt sense, skepticism, overwhelm, and frustrations when it comes to finding the right strategy for an in-house team.

As an established regional brand, Funky’s business insides when it comes to culture, staff, and class vibes didn’t match its outsides- content strategy, brand imagery, and overall felt sense.

Through a full digital audit, immersing herself in a class, and getting an understanding of how their operational team informs their communications, Megan started the conversation of how to align these elements again in a simple yet scalable way.

This worked out clarifying offerings, ensuring the brand voice was consistent, and ultimately referring the business for a full rebrand that better aligned the energies in their business. You can check out the full transformation in collaboration with Lydia Write Good.

Through strategizing this rebrand, Funky is repositioned to grow better and connect with its consumers in a full-brain experience. Their success will only grow as they continue to communicate consistently and with the values that are at the center of their brand.

She took one of our lackluster offerings and turned it into a huge success for us by creating a new SMS campaign that was simple, clear, and effective, and we saw a $10,000 return from that one little campaign. (big deal for a small business!) She also understands voice, connection, and human behavior patterns and has a great understanding of how to motivate through authentic communication that gets straight to the heart and shares your big picture but also keeps to your clear voice.
