Why Nervous Systems?
For years, I studied human behavior through the lenses of marketing, communication, and systems.
Eventually, that curiosity led me somewhere deeper:
The body.
Beneath every decision, every relationship, every habit, and every reaction is a nervous system trying to help a human navigate the world.
Our nervous systems influence far more than stress responses. They shape how we communicate, connect, create, adapt, and make meaning from our experiences.
Understanding the nervous system doesn't explain everything about being human.
But it helps explain more than most of us realize.

A hands-on approach informed by NeuroAffective Touch® and somatic breathwork that supports nervous system awareness, embodiment, and integration.
Through intentional touch, attuned presence, and body-based exploration, these 90-minute sessions create opportunities to notice patterns held beneath conscious awareness and to develop greater capacity for connection, grounding, and self-understanding.
My work is rooted in the belief that many experiences are not resolved through insight alone. Sometimes the body needs an opportunity to experience support, safety, and connection directly.
